Hosting a Business After Hours (BAH) event with GNACC offers a fantastic opportunity for businesses to connect with the local community in a relaxed and enjoyable setting.

Hosting a BAH event with GNACC provides numerous benefits for businesses looking to expand their network, showcase their offerings, and connect with potential customers. It's an opportunity not to be missed for Chamber members seeking to strengthen their presence within the local community.

  1. Networking: BAH events are conducive to networking, allowing attendees to mingle, exchange ideas, and build valuable connections with other Chamber members and their guests.
  2. Fun and Fellowship: These events are known for their enjoyable atmosphere, providing attendees with an evening of fun and fellowship. It's a chance to unwind, socialize, and build relationships outside of formal business settings.
  3. Showcasing Your Business: Hosting a BAH event provides a platform to showcase your business to fellow Chamber members and their guests. Whether it's through product demonstrations, presentations, or informal conversations, you have the opportunity to highlight what makes your business unique.

The following provisions and guidelines have been established to assist in the positive outcome of the Business After Hours program.

Provisions
  • The host must be a current chamber investor in good standing at the basic level or above at the time the event is booked and at the time it is held. If you are Not-Yet GNACC Member,   invest today.
  • The chamber will market the Business After Hours event in our GNACC  Weekly newsletter, on the chamber’s website event page, and on the chamber’s social media pages.
  • The host will provide the chamber with their logo and background information to be used in promotional materials.
  • The chamber will provide name tags for the event. The host will provide a check-in area at the event.

​Member agrees that as host it is responsible for providing:
  • Beer, wine, water/soda and Hors d’oeuvres for a Business After Hours for 100-130 people
  • A six to eight-foot table and three chairs; or comparable counter space for registration;
  • No later than three days prior to the Event, a list of no more than ten guests of member hosting the event who will receive complimentary admission,. All other attendees will be charged by the Chamber for admission to the Event;
  • Please provide 2-3 Raffle Items (guests will provide their business card for host to use for future mailings).
  • Event proceeds as planned with networking, refreshments, and any additional activities provided by the host.
